Wandsworth

Wandsworth is one of the smaller London boroughs, with 11 secondary schools, seven special schools, 56 primary schools and 3 nursery schools. The Borough is planning 16 children's centres, with three currently operating. The authority also operates a primary and a secondary pupil referral unit.

Wandsworth has arranged its schools into six geographical clusters allowing them to co-operate in school improvement activities and to meet the demands of the extended schools agenda. These clusters are the main vehicle for preventative work for the most vulnerable young people in the borough.
